Delivery occurs 3-10 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 1-3 days depending on when the order was placed.

Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery. 

Processing Time: 

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM CST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed after 1PM CST will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 1PM CST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays). 

    Dope House Store will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.

    Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
    Once shipment has left our facility the Buyer takes full responsibility for the package. 


    We do offer refunds only and if you did not receive your merchandise.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges and/or store credit can and will be honored for any new merchandise if you decide to wait. 


    Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

    To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
