Paul “Grimm” Ramirez is a pioneering Houston rapper celebrated as one of the city’s first Mexican-American hip-hop artists. As a founding member of prominent underground groups like The Most Hated (Aggravated). Grimm helped carve a space for Latino voices in Houston’s rap scene  .

He was affiliated with Dope House Records, the influential independent label co-founded by South Park Mexican, which played a major role in launching several Latino rappers from Houston  .

Paul and his twin brother Randy (“Shadow”) are often regarded as among the first Latino rap artists in Houston, laying the groundwork for future generations. Grimm, with his raw, rapid-fire style and raspy voice, became a vital voice bridging cultures and helped establish Houston’s Latin rap identity
