PRIVACY POLICY FOR DOPE HOUSE LIVE

SPM Merch Inc., operating under the Dope House Records and Dope House Live brands, referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Dope House,” “Dope House Live,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you download, access, or use the Dope House Live mobile application and its related features, content, and services, collectively referred to as the “App.”

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the App. Purchases made through the separate Dope House Records online merchandise store may be governed by a separate website privacy policy.

By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on the features you use, the permissions you provide, and whether you create an account or purchase a subscription.

Account and Profile Information

When you create or use an account, we may collect information such as:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your phone number, if provided

• Your username or display name

• Your profile photograph, if provided

• Your account identifier

• Your account preferences

• Information used to confirm that you meet the App’s age requirements

Some profile information may be visible to other users when you participate in public or community features.

Age Range and Eligibility Information

To help provide age appropriate access to Dopehouse Zone, we may use Apple’s Declared Age Range feature. Depending on your device, Apple Account, region, and settings, we may receive an age range or age category and limited related signals, such as whether parental controls apply, whether you are eligible for age gated features, or the method used to confirm an age category where applicable. Apple does not provide us with your exact birthdate through this process.

We use this information to determine whether to enable community features such as posting and commenting, provide age appropriate experiences, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Information From Apple or Google Login

The App may allow you to create an account or sign in using Apple or Google.

When you use one of these services, we may receive a unique account identifier and information that you authorize the provider to share with us, such as your name, email address, or profile image.

We do not receive your Apple or Google password. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email address, Apple may provide us with a private relay email address instead of your personal email address.

User Generated Content and Communications

When you use Dopehouse Zone, messaging, chat, comments, profile, upload, or other community features, we may collect and store the content you submit. This may include:

• Posts and comments

• Private or direct messages

• Photographs, videos, audio, or other uploaded media

• Reactions, likes, follows, or similar interactions

• Reports concerning other users or content

• Feedback and communications sent to Dope House Live

Content submitted to public portions of the App may be visible to other users and may be copied, shared, or saved by them. You should not post information that you do not want others to see.

Messages described as private are intended to be visible only to the participants, but authorized personnel or service providers may access them when reasonably necessary for security, moderation, abuse prevention, technical support, legal compliance, or enforcement of our terms.

Listening and App Activity

We may collect information about how you interact with the App, including:

• Songs, albums, videos, radio streams, or other content you access

• Listening history

• Searches

• Saved music, favorites, playlists, and library activity

• Content views and selections

• Features used

• Session dates and duration

• Subscription status

• Interactions with news, notifications, promotions, and community features

• Reports, blocks, and moderation activity

We use this information to operate the App, remember your selections, personalize your experience, understand feature performance, and improve our services.

Subscription and Purchase Information

Subscriptions and other digital purchases made through the iOS App are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We may receive information such as:

• The product or subscription purchased

• Transaction identifiers

• Purchase dates

• Subscription status

• Renewal, expiration, cancellation, and refund information

• The country or storefront associated with the transaction

We do not receive or store your complete payment card number, card security code, or Apple Account password. Apple independently processes payment information under its own privacy practices.

Device, Usage, and Technical Information

When you use the App, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as:

• Internet Protocol address

• Device type and model

• Operating system and version

• App version

• Language and time zone

• Mobile carrier or network information

• App instance, installation, or device identifiers used for App functionality, security, and notifications

• Login and authentication events

• Server logs

• Crash reports

• Performance and diagnostic information

• Error reports

• Security and fraud prevention signals

• The dates, times, and duration of App activity

We use this information to maintain the App, troubleshoot errors, protect accounts, prevent abuse, measure performance, and improve reliability.

Location Information

We may determine your general or coarse location from information such as your Internet Protocol address. Coarse location may identify a city, state, or general region but is not intended to identify your exact physical location.

We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location unless a specific feature requires it, clearly explains why it is needed, and requests your permission through your device.

You can control location permissions through your device settings.

Camera, Photos, Microphone, and Media

Certain community or upload features may allow you to select photographs, videos, audio, or other media from your device.

The App may request access to your camera, photo library, or microphone only when necessary for a feature you choose to use. The App will provide a permission request explaining the purpose of the access.

You may decline or later withdraw these permissions through your device settings. Some upload or recording features may not function without the applicable permission.

Push Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications concerning new music, exclusive content, App updates, account activity, subscriptions, community interactions, promotions, or other Dope House news.

To deliver these notifications, we or our notification provider may process a device notification token and related delivery information.

You may disable push notifications at any time through the App, where available, or through your device notification settings.

Customer Support and Other Communications

When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, account information, the contents of your message, attachments, and any other information you voluntarily provide.

We use this information to respond to questions, investigate problems, process privacy requests, and provide customer support.

2. How We Use Information

We may use the information described in this Privacy Policy to:

• Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts

• Confirm age eligibility and limit access to age gated community features

• Provide live radio, music, video, news, community, and library features

• Remember favorites, saved content, preferences, and account settings

• Process and verify subscriptions and purchases

• Personalize content and recommendations within the App

• Deliver notifications and service related communications

• Provide promotional communications when permitted

• Operate messaging, chat, posting, and community features

• Review reports and moderate content

• Detect spam, fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, and security threats

• Enforce our terms, rules, and community standards

• Respond to customer service and technical support requests

• Diagnose crashes, errors, and performance problems

• Measure audience activity and understand how App features are used

• Develop, test, and improve features and services

• Protect the rights, safety, and property of users, Dope House, artists, and others

• Comply with legal obligations and lawful government requests

• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

• Carry out another purpose disclosed to you when the information is collected

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we process information as necessary to perform our agreement with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests, protect users and services, or based on your consent.

You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

3. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances.

Service Providers

We may provide information to companies that perform services on our behalf, such as:

• Cloud hosting and data storage

• Account authentication

• Music and video streaming

• App analytics

• Crash reporting and diagnostics

• Push notification delivery

• Subscription verification

• Content moderation

• Customer support

• Cybersecurity and fraud prevention

• Email and communication services

These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.

We require service providers that receive personal information from us to provide protections consistent with this Privacy Policy and to use the information only for authorized purposes.

Apple and Google

We may exchange limited account, authentication, purchase, or technical information with Apple or Google when you use their login, payment, subscription, notification, or platform services.

Apple and Google independently process certain information under their own privacy policies.

Other Users and the Public

Information that you choose to post publicly, including your display name, profile picture, posts, comments, reactions, and uploaded content, may be visible to other users.

Information shared in a direct message may be visible to the recipients of that message.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, subpoenas, or lawful government requests

• Investigate suspected fraud, abuse, harassment, intellectual property violations, or illegal activity

• Protect the security and integrity of the App

• Enforce our agreements and community rules

• Protect the rights, property, health, or safety of Dope House, our users, artists, service providers, or the public

Business Transactions

Information may be disclosed as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

Any successor that receives personal information will remain responsible for handling it consistently with applicable law and the commitments described in this Privacy Policy.

With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose information for another purpose when you direct us to do so or provide your consent.

4. Sale, Sharing, and Cross App Tracking

Dope House Live does not sell personal information for money.

We do not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising, and we do not use information collected through the App to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for targeted advertising.

If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy, update the information provided in App Store Connect, provide any legally required notice, and request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework when required.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, protect users, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

In general:

Account information is retained while your account remains active.

User generated content is retained until you delete it, your account is deleted, the content is removed for a policy violation, or it is no longer required for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Subscription and transaction records may be retained for the period required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Support communications and moderation records may be retained as necessary to respond to requests, document enforcement actions, protect users, and resolve disputes.

Analytics, security, crash, and diagnostic records are retained for a limited period based on operational, security, and service improvement needs.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it, make it anonymous, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible. Information stored in backups may remain for a limited period until the applicable backup is overwritten through our normal backup cycle.

We may retain limited information after an account deletion request when required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or establish legal claims.

6. Account Deletion

You may initiate deletion of your Dope House Live account using the Delete Account option located in the App’s account or profile settings.

Account deletion is permanent. It is different from signing out, uninstalling the App, or temporarily deactivating an account.

When you request account deletion, we will delete or make anonymous the account information and user generated content under our control, except for information that we are legally permitted or required to retain.

We may ask you to reauthenticate or complete a reasonable verification step to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

We will inform you through the App or by email when the request has been received and when the deletion process has been completed.

Deleting your Dope House Live account may not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. To prevent future renewal charges, you should separately manage or cancel the subscription through Apple’s subscription management settings.

Uninstalling the App does not automatically delete your account or cancel your subscription.

7. Your Choices

Account Information

You may review or update certain account and profile information through the App’s settings.

User Content

Where supported, you may edit or delete your posts, comments, profile content, and other submissions. Content copied or reshared by other users may remain outside our control.

Notifications

You may change push notification permissions through your device settings. Where available, you may also select which notifications you receive within the App.

Device Permissions

You may manage camera, microphone, photo library, location, and other permissions through your device settings.

Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe option included in those messages.

You may still receive nonpromotional communications concerning your account, security, subscriptions, purchases, privacy requests, or important changes to the App.

8. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal information

• Request access to personal information we maintain about you

• Request correction of inaccurate information

• Request deletion of personal information

• Request a portable copy of certain information

• Withdraw consent

• Object to or restrict certain processing

• Opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or qualifying profiling

• Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request

• Submit a request through an authorized agent

• Lodge a complaint with an applicable privacy authority

We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Please describe the request and identify the email address associated with your account. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your account.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny an appealable request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and stating that you wish to appeal.

9. Children and Age Requirements

Dopehouse Zone includes user generated content and interactive community features, including posting and commenting. You must be at least 13 years old to access or use Dopehouse Zone.

Before enabling these features, we may request age range or eligibility information through Apple’s Declared Age Range feature or use another appropriate age assurance method. Depending on Apple Account and Family Sharing settings, age range sharing may be controlled by the user or a parent or guardian. In certain regions, Apple may provide an age category as required by law. We do not receive an exact birthdate through Apple’s Declared Age Range feature. If we cannot determine that you meet the applicable minimum age, we may restrict access to Dopehouse Zone.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally valid authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child provided personal information may contact us at info@dopehouserecords.com.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These measures may include access controls, authentication protections, encryption in transit, monitoring, backups, and restrictions on employee and service provider access.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your device, login credentials, and account access.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account or personal information has been compromised.

11. International Data Transfers

Dope House is based in the United States.

If you access the App from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

12. Third Party Services and Links

The App may contain links to websites, stores, social media platforms, or services operated by other companies.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third party services. Information you provide directly to a third party is governed by that third party’s privacy policy.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, our information practices, technology, service providers, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when required, such as through the App, by email, or through another appropriate method.

Your continued use of the App after the updated policy becomes effective means that the updated policy applies to your use of the App, subject to applicable law.
